Oh, Dr. Bronner’s, how I’ve been using your forever. I never totally bought into it, that was until I tried the baby version.
When I started using Dr. Bronner’s in college, I found the other varieties way too harsh for my skin, especially in the winter. The other varieties all really dried out my skin. But this, the baby version is amazing. There is a store that sells it super cheap near my house ($10), so its super hard to say no. I use it as a body wash which is pretty much the standard, but, my favorite use for this soap is for shaving!
Never have I gotten a better shave, ever. I use this to shave and its great, its way more moisturizing than other foaming shave creams and the best part is I never get nics!
This super cheap, extra large bottle, always has a home in my shower. Its great, and this baby version does not dry out my skin what so every, and the lather! Can you take a bubble bath standing up? Because that is how I feel with the lather from this soap.
The other varieties, peppermint and lavender are also great for facial packs. A facial pack, is basically, a small face towel soaked under the faucet in super hot water, add a few drops of your favorite Dr. Bronner’s and relax, go lie down, and place this over your face. You will feel either absolutely relaxed (with lavender) or totally refreshed (with peppermint).
Either way you will thank me later for sure!
