I am the laziest person when it comes to shaving. I just replaced my razor cartridge after something like 3 months of daily shaving ( I like to be smooth all the time, even in winter). Just like my razor cartridge’s I don’t really use shaving cream, I use Dr. Bronner’s or a similar Castile Soap. It works, but its just easy, thats’s why I like it. I don’t know but there is something about shaving cream in a traditional can that just bothers me- its just not easy to use. But then, I started to have some issues, get ready for an overshare.
The other night I went to see The Cave Singers at The Empty Bottle in Chicago. First, the show was amazing and I was totally blown away by the bands energy, it was a really good night. Second, the Empty Bottle was such a cool laid back venue and everyone who worked there was so nice, I want to just hang out there all the time. But the best part of the whole night was what is pictured above, its basically a coat check for your drink when you step outside. SO F- ING SMART! You put your drink down and remember your number and pick it up when you are back inside, its right by the door guys so you don’t really have to worry about getting roofied or something (though I am sure they would disclaim any sort of guarantee on that last part). Either way, this was the highlight of my night, this is just so smart and I was completely blown away by its simplicity- other bars take note.
I love a bold lip. Red, HotPink, Coral you name it I rock it. I feel like it pulls together any look. Whether your going out or going on a coffee run in PJs. Its a game face thing. But as the temperatures rise, I tend to go for something more bare, more neutral, more naked.
Yes. Your favorite grocery store that cuts you grocery bill in half is my new favorite spot for body products. Seriously. Get ready in the next few weeks for me to roll out my favorites, starting with this body lotion.
