I love beautiful and well designed things, especially when they solve some sort of life problem. In this case its thirst. I am always thirsty and drinking something, especially in the middle of the night, and in the middle of the night I hate waking up to go get a glass of water. I could leave a glass on my bedstand, but I have cats and they might knock it over or even worse take a sip, which is fine I love them but they do lick their own butts, just sayin’. Continue reading

So, I’ve been temporarily located in Chicago for the last six months, its been great, laid back and a very nice welcome change from Brooklyn and NYC. This is relevant because my time here is coming to an end and next week I will be driving back to Brooklyn. Because I’m driving I have to make sure everything fits in my car. Therefore, I’ve been going through my stuff and editing. A few weeks ago I put together all my winter stuff and shipped it to myself in Brooklyn.

Anyone else out there with bangs who notices that any mascara just does not do the trick against your fringe? Seriously, I’ve been through a couple of different tubes of mascara and none can really hold up against my bangs, the length and curl that used to be there just is not there any longer. Is this just me? Or is this a thing I should investigate further?
So, today there is no Sunday AM Round Up, I am getting over a mega cold/flu/allergy mess and could not bring myself to round anything up because I’ve been sleeping since Thursday. Seriously.
