I love Phoenix Botanicals. The lip balms they make are amazing at combating dry chapped lips so it was a no brainer when I spotted this eye cream. 

Its not a cream, it resembles more of a lip balm, so its a balm for your undereye area. While I haven’t seen any super anti-aging effects, it does a great job at moisturizing and making the area more supple. I use it at night only, as its a bit oily, and in the morning my eye area is so less tired looking I don’t need a separate eye cream for day. Win Win. I also love that its organic, vegan and made locally here in NYC.
