Lipstick Queen Tinted Treatment in Medieval $20.00
First, I have a super girl crush on Poppy King. I just started her book, Lessons of a Lipstick Queen, and so far I love it. As a person who has loved and adored lip products more than the average person or Beauty Editor, I can totally relate to Poppy King. Anyway. This is my second time purchasing Medieval, I am really in love with this lip product. It is basically the most perfect tinted balm. Continue reading

Malin + Goetz Lip Moisturizer $12.00
This stuff by Malin + Goetz is a lip balm, obviously. Its clear, has no taste, no fragrance and is pretty basic right down to its label (which I love). But what gets me about this and gets me to pull this out to show my lip balm enthusiast friends, is the consistency. Folks, wait- its a gel. A gel! Its so cool really, so space age-y. Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm $7.00 in Rose, Tiger Lily and Hibiscus
I love a good cheap thrill, and these are rather awesome. I hate the original Burt’s Bees lip balm. When people love it, I just know they need to have their eyes open to other greater lip balms that are out there. I think the Burt’s Bees original is overly waxy and for me it leaves white ring around my mouth if I am not careful. So when I picked up these guys, I was hesitant. Continue reading
