Hey, hey, hey. I hope you have been enjoying the awesome month that is October. This week, I’ll be focusing on everything that is foundations + primers and everything in between.

Why?

Well, last month I started a wonderful new job. But with this new job comes two 54 minute commutes (yes I timed it) that includes a 15 minute walk in midtown Manhattan, complete with exhaust + humanity. Also included is 8.5 hours spent in recirculated air under unforgiving florescent lighting. Its taken its toll. By noon I look fine, by 2pm I look as expected, but by 5:30 I look like I haven’t slept in a week or eaten anything but processed food, neither of which is the case. I’ve tested five foundations, six primers, two concealers and three setting powders in the last month. Stay tuned to find out which ones worked and which ones failed under these extreme urban conditions!
